Recent Condo Sales in Folsom, recorded through March 10 2011

Today, I'm looking at sales of condos in Folsom during the past six months, through March 10. Condos offer good opportunities especially for first-time home buyers to get into home ownership. These sales were recorded by MetroList, our local multiple listing service (MLS) and reflect properties that were listed and sold by various broker participants in the MLS.

Of the 32 sales following, 11 were foreclosures and 17 were short sales--that means that nearly 88% of these sales involved distressed properties. It's important to make sure you work with a real estate agent who understands how to get a short sale closed.
